Thank you to everyone who joined us in person at the 2024 CRC Conference!
On behalf of the entire CRC Council, thank you for attending and participating in the 67th annual CRC Conference at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre! We hope you enjoyed the conference and took advantage of the many educational and networking opportunities.
We had a series of fantastic presentations that provided a number of insights:
- Our Medical Director Panel centered their discussion on hot topics around life expectancy and their impacts on our industry.
- Two fantastic Keynote and Guest Speakers - Andrew Au, a Global Thought Leader on Digital Transformation and Culture Change, and Sal Guatieri, our Guest Economist.
- Breakout Sessions included many special guests from various industries and covered a range of topics including Claims, Climate Change, Distribution, Underwriting, and Technology.
- The HR Panel shared their thoughts on staffing for the next generation and how the industry is going to attract, retain and manage going forward.
